However, I am happy to connect you with other talented assistants, recommend someone from my vetted list, or point you in the right direction to get started.
The Booking Assistant Service—which includes screening, scheduling, and safety check-ins—is best suited for those who are already busy with in-person client appointments or personal commitments and need support managing their inquiries. If you’d like to use this service, I only ask that you provide clear, solid instructions regarding your screening and scheduling preferences. Open communication is the foundation of a successful and long-term working relationship.
Safety check-ins are a free and optional measure I’ve recently implemented to provide peace of mind and added security while you work. I can offer constant oversight and support by leveraging apps like bSafe, Noonlight, or CircleAlert.
For your safety, I monitor your predetermined check-ins and respond to emergency alerts in real-time as your trusted point of contact. If your alarm is activated, I’ll immediately follow the procedures we established beforehand—contacting authorities, friends, colleagues, or family to ensure swift action. Armed with your appointment details, I can respond quickly and effectively.
My oversight is more than just a safety net—it’s a commitment to ensuring your peace of mind, security, and uninterrupted focus on delivering top-tier service.
To get started, I require payment in full for your chosen service(s) and a completed questionnaire. The questionnaire will include your consideration fees, availability, applicable logins, links, and screening procedures.
If you have questions that you are unsure how to answer or need advice about, I’m happy to help. However, please understand that I cannot begin working with you if you are indecisive or unable to set clear expectations, as this could lead to confusion or miscommunication later. Things go much more smoothly when I engage with clients on your behalf.
That is entirely up to you. Both options have their benefits. Acting as your assistant can help filter out time-wasters or those expecting free chats, and responding as yourself may make you feel more authentic to your clients. Based on experience, responding as yourself has converted more bookings than the latter. Let me know your preference, and I’ll tailor my approach accordingly.
I can handle texts and emails, but not phone calls. Adding text management to your service plan will incur an additional fee. If phone calls are required, a custom fee will be based on the added service.
Yes! Some burner apps allow desktop application use and provide a layer of privacy (many don’t, and suspend your account). However, if the app is phone-only, it may not be compatible with my workflow or could incur an additional fee for custom software.
I respond to all SMS and email inquiries within 15 minutes. During my lunch break, the maximum delay is 30–45 minutes. If I am contacted outside of my working hours, you’ll need to handle the inquiry and screening yourself or wait until I’m back and available. Once a client is screened and scheduled into your calendar, I’ll notify you via text, WhatsApp, Telegram, or your preferred method.
I value consistent income over chasing how much I can earn. I appreciate the stability of being consistently booked weeks in advance and running on a fixed schedule. I also enjoy the convenience of receiving payment upfront rather than scrambling at the end of the week to collect what I’m owed. It’s important to note that if you’re paying someone a flat fee instead of a commission, their motivation should come naturally. After all, maintaining that consistent quality is what ensures their job security!
Not necessarily, but it does make the process easier. I can accommodate if you prefer that I use a separate “assistant” email account. However, this might cause occasional disruptions, such as needing to confirm whether you’ve already interacted with a client and being unable to leverage the email lookup feature for past information. Direct access allows for a smoother workflow.
I’ll tailor my screening process to your preferences, ensuring you feel safe and secure. If you’re new to this or have previously relied on another assistant’s methods, I can share screening strategies that have been successful in my experience. However, it’s important to note that even a fully screened client may carry risks. Blacklists can help identify problematic clients already known in the industry or those with a criminal history, but it’s harder to predict the behavior of new or inexperienced clients.
No, I never share client lists. I have no desire to retain or distribute client information. I work for a flat fee and don’t earn commissions, so I am not incentivized to engage in such practices. I aim to work with you for years, so these actions are counterproductive.
I’m available Monday through Saturday and take time off for major holidays. Extended hours, Sundays, and holidays are available by advanced reservation for an additional fee, so please inquire about availability and rates.
I don’t disclose my specific time zone on the website for privacy reasons, but I’m happy to try to accommodate your preferred timing.
