Terms & Conditions
By submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, as well as all policies outlined on the 'Fine Print' page. All services provided are strictly administrative, organizational, and creative in nature. I do not promote, arrange, or knowingly assist in any unlawful, sexual, or commercial activity prohibited under local, state, federal, or international law.

Service & Availability
Services will not begin until full payment and all required materials (logins, questionnaires, instructions, etc.) are received.
I am available Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays. Extended hours, Sundays, and holidays may be available with advance reservation and an additional fee.
Services are reserved on a first-paid, first-scheduled basis. Only full payment and confirmed start dates secure your spot.
Weekly and 4-week service packages must be used consecutively and cannot be split across separate weeks or paused once begun.
Services begin the Monday following payment, unless otherwise arranged.
The “One-Week Trial with Ivy” is not available to providers who are actively touring, on vacation, or unable to provide consistent availability during the trial period.
To ensure a smooth experience, you must remain available and responsive throughout the trial period.

Services are strictly limited to general administrative support, social media growth, marketing assistance, and digital organization.
I do not:
Arrange or negotiate any illegal in-person meetings or appointments.
Set rates, handle client payments, or participate in any financial exchanges with your clients.
Promote, solicit, or facilitate any sexual services, including through ads or client communication.
Providers I work for must agree that all business activities must be legal within their jurisdiction. You may not use my services to promote or conduct illegal activities, including but not limited to those prohibited by federal, state, or local laws relating to solicitation, commercial sex, or trafficking.
I reserve the right to decline or terminate service if I suspect any illegal or unethical behavior, or if provider conduct puts me or others at risk.
I do not:

Provider Responsibilities
You must provide clear, written instructions for screening, communication, and scheduling preferences. While I follow your direction, I cannot guarantee the behavior, identity, or safety of any third party.
All providers must be at least 18 years old. I do not work with minors under any circumstances.
You are responsible for your marketing strategy, legal compliance, payment systems, business structure, and final approval of any client interactions.
I am an independent contractor. You are not obligated to use or continue my services, and I am not your employee, agent, or business partner.

Rates & Payments
Payment must be made in full before services commence.
Recurring services are billed weekly, and payment is due every Friday for the following week.
If payment is late or missed, services will be paused immediately and your slot may be released to another provider.
Rates are billed in USD. Alternate payment methods (such as cryptocurrency) may qualify for a discount as noted on the pricing page.
I do not offer variable-rate, commission-based, or performance-based payment structures under any circumstance.
Providers on recurring plans are eligible for rate lock. If you remain on your current plan, your rate will not increase.

Refunds, Cancellations, & Credits
One-time full refund is available within 48 hours of your first service day—no questions asked.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed within 24 hours.
If you need to reschedule services, you must provide at least 7 days' notice before your scheduled start date. Missed notices may result in forfeited payment.
Payments for custom or one-off services are non-refundable but may be credited toward future services or transferred to another provider upon approval.

I do not guarantee specific outcomes, including client bookings, audience growth, or business revenue. Results vary based on market factors, client engagement, and content quality.
I am not liable for any third-party conduct, including clients, platforms, or payment providers.
I am not responsible for missed bookings, schedule conflicts, or negative outcomes resulting from providers’ instructions, content, or communication style.
While I follow strict safety and screening best practices, I make no guarantees regarding the safety, identity, or intentions of any third party.
I am not responsible for delays, lost access, or interruptions caused by platform bans, account restrictions, outages, or third-party systems.
I am not liable for any third-party conduct, including clients, platforms, or payment providers.
I am not responsible for missed bookings, schedule conflicts, or negative outcomes resulting from providers’ instructions, content, or communication style.

Confidentiality & Data Security
All provider data is stored in a private, encrypted offshore virtual workspace hosted in Switzerland. No provider data is stored locally on personal devices.
Upon termination of service, all provider information—including logins, credentials, and work history—is permanently deleted.
I do not share provider data, client lists, or sensitive information between providers under any circumstance.
